Methodology
Couples will be offered to self-test, and there will be a possibility to perform confirmatory HIV testing; serodiscordant couples will be selected (around 60 couples). These couples would be offered pre-exposure prophylaxis (for the HIV-negative partner) and early antiretroviral therapy (for the HIV-positive partner). The couples can choose to adapt one, both, or neither strategy.
