Methodology
Randomized controlled trial and economic evaluation to explore optimization for HIV and Tuberculosis integrated services for adults with symptoms of tuberculosis (cough of any duration). 1455 participants will be randomized to receive either 1) national standard of care, screening for HIV and tuberculosis and linkage to care or 2) directly-assisted HIVST and linkage to care, or 3) directly-assisted HIVST and optimized tuberculosis screening and linkage to care.
